6kg Bidirectional Flywheel with Disc
The 6kg internal flywheel operates in both forward and backward directions, allowing users to vary their striding pattern during training — backward striding engages the hamstrings and glutes differently from forward elliptical motion, adding movement variety without changing equipment. The disc system enhances the flywheel's momentum consistency throughout the full stride arc.
8-Level Manual Magnetic Resistance
Eight distinct magnetic resistance levels adjust via a manual crank mechanism, covering the full range from gentle recovery cardio through to challenging resistance training on the elliptical — magnetic resistance delivers smooth, silent adjustment without the mechanical noise of friction-based alternatives.
Comprehensive Electronic Display
The console scans through and displays time, speed, distance, calories, pulse and ODO (total accumulated distance), providing the complete session data needed to monitor training intensity and track cumulative fitness progress over time.
Low-Impact Full-Body Cardio
The elliptical motion eliminates the impact forces of running while engaging the legs, glutes, core and arms simultaneously through the combined stride and handlebar push-pull — delivering cardiovascular conditioning with minimal joint stress.
