By accessing or using digitalfitness.co.ke (the "Website") or purchasing any product from Digital Fitness Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. Eligibility
By using our Website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or are purchasing under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Kenyan law
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete

You may use our Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

4. Products & Pricing
Accuracy
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. If we discover a material error in a product listing after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or decline orders without prior notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you and offer a full refund, alternative product, or expected restock date.
5. Orders & Payment
Placing an Order
By completing checkout and submitting your order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock availability, or inability to verify payment.
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa (Paybill or Till — details provided at checkout)
- Bank transfer
- Debit/credit card (processed securely via our payment provider)
- Cash on delivery (available for select Nairobi orders — confirmed with our sales team)
Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing (see B2B orders below).
Payment Security
We do not store your card details. Card payments are processed by our secure third-party payment provider. M-Pesa transactions are processed through Safaricom's platform.
6. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at digitalfitness.co.ke/policies/shipping-policy.
Key points:
- Nairobi CBD: free delivery; same-day for orders placed before 12pm on working days
- Nairobi suburbs: 1–2 working days
- Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret): 2–4 working days
- Other counties: 3–7 working days
Risk of loss and title to products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at digitalfitness.co.ke/policies/refund-policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer protection law.
8. Commercial & Bulk Orders (B2B)
Digital Fitness Hub supplies gym equipment to commercial buyers including gym owners, hotel fitness facilities, corporate wellness centres, schools, and sports academies.
For commercial and bulk orders:
- Contact our sales team directly at sales@digitalfitness.co.ke or 0748 717 436 to discuss pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Bulk pricing and payment terms (including staged payment or invoice credit) may be agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis
- Custom sourcing and full gym build consultations are available on request
- All B2B orders are subject to these Terms of Service unless a separate written agreement supersedes them
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and the overall design — is the property of Digital Fitness Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product link) is permitted.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., delivery partners, payment providers, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law:
- Digital Fitness Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Website or products
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s)
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to transport disruptions, supplier delays, natural disasters, or telecommunications failures)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
