Thank you for shopping with Digital Fitness Hub. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


What Can Be Returned

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, you are entitled to a return, repair, or replacement.

  • Report damage or defects within 7 days of delivery
  • A product is considered defective if it: arrives physically damaged, fails to function as described, or does not match the specifications listed on our website
  • Products with manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery are eligible for replacement or full refund

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a free collection and replacement or full refund.

Non-Defective Products

Due to the nature of gym and fitness equipment (hygiene, safety, and weight considerations), we are unable to accept returns of non-defective products that have been used or assembled. If your item is still in its original, unopened packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.


How to Initiate a Return

    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video of the defect/damage
  2. Receive a Return Authorisation (RA): Our team will review your request and issue an RA number along with return instructions. Do not send items back without an RA number.
  3. Return the item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts). For defective products, we will arrange collection at no cost to you. For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 working days and notify you of the outcome.
  5. Resolution: Depending on the outcome and your preference, we will offer:
    • A full refund to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer) — processed within 7 working days
    • A replacement with the same product (subject to availability)
    • Store credit valid for 12 months

Important Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within the timeframes stated above
  • Returned items must include all original components, accessories, and packaging
  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit — use a trackable delivery service
  • Refunds exclude original delivery fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • This policy applies to all products sold on our website and does not affect your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer protection law

Warranty

Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Where applicable, warranty details are listed on the product page. Warranty claims should be directed to us and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
