Thank you for choosing Digital Fitness Hub — Kenya's leading gym and fitness equipment supplier. This policy outlines how we handle delivery of your order from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door.
Delivery Zones
Nairobi (CBD & Suburbs)
We deliver across all Nairobi areas including the CBD, Westlands, Karen, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Parklands, Kasarani, Ruaka, Kikuyu, and surrounding suburbs.
- Nairobi CBD: Free delivery on all orders
- Nairobi suburbs: Delivery fee applies based on distance and item size — confirmed at checkout or via our sales team
Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all major towns and counties across Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Nyeri, and more.
- Nationwide delivery fees are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination
- Delivery fees will be quoted before your order is confirmed
- For remote areas or off-road destinations, additional charges may apply
Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand periods, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed
- A dispatch notification with tracking details (where available) will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse
Large & Heavy Equipment
For bulky items such as treadmills, multi-gyms, squat racks, and commercial equipment:
- Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time
- Ground-floor delivery is standard. For upper floors without a lift, please notify us in advance as additional charges may apply
- Some large items may require partial assembly upon delivery — our team will advise
Delivery Acceptance
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address
- Inspect your order at the time of delivery. If any item appears damaged, note this with the delivery team and contact us immediately at sales@digitalfitness.co.ke or 0748 717 436
- Signing for a delivery without noting damage may affect your ability to make a damage claim
Payment on Delivery
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments. For orders paid on delivery, M-Pesa payment must be completed before the delivery team can leave the premises.
