Ab Coaster & Ab Glider — Bottom-Up Motion, Swivel Seat, Steel Rails

The Ab Coaster and Ab Glider is a dedicated core training machine built for home and commercial gyms in Kenya, using a bottom-up motion to target the lower abdominals, obliques and full core with greater muscle activation than traditional floor crunches.

Bottom-Up Motion
Unlike standard crunches that pull from the neck and upper body, the Ab Coaster drives movement from the knees upward — directly engaging the lower abdominals and hip flexors from the start of every rep, reducing neck strain and improving core muscle isolation throughout the full range of motion.

Freestyle Swivel Seat
The rotating seat allows lateral and diagonal movement paths in addition to the straight forward curl, engaging the obliques and deep rotational core muscles that straight-line ab machines miss entirely.

1.5" Steel Rails with Steel Bearings
Precision steel bearings running on 1.5" solid steel rails deliver a smooth, consistent glide throughout the full arc of movement — eliminating the friction and stuttering that plastic-track alternatives produce during high-repetition sets.

Vinyl Covered Moulded Foam Knee Pads
High-density foam knee pads covered in durable vinyl provide cushioned support for the knees during the kneeling motion, protecting the joints across extended core training sessions.
