Return process:

  1. Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@digitalfitness.co.ke or by phone at 0704721633 within the 7-day return window for defective products.
  2. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): Our customer service representative will provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the product: You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us at your expense. Please include the original packing slip and a copy of the RMA with your return shipment.
  4. Inspection and processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the defect.
  5. Refund or replacement: If the product is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or replace the product with an identical item, subject to availability. We may also offer store credit that you can use to shop on our website.
