At the same time, the bench includes an adjustable preacher curl pad and a detachable bicep bar, so you can isolate your biceps for better bulk. To accommodate your legs, the MD includes a dual-function leg developer with a pivot point and locking mechanism. The pivot point aligns the developer with your knee joints for improved efficiency and safety, while the locking mechanism lets you perform abdominal exercises while seated on the bench.
